From a Small Garage to a Trusted Name
Since our founding in 1998, Flamingo Travel has operated its garage at 162 Tran Quang Khai Street, Hanoi. In the early days, we were just a small workshop specializing in classic “socialist-era” motorbikes like the Belarusian Minsk and the muscular models from East Germany such as MZ, Fifa, and Simson.
As Vietnam opened up to the world — especially after joining the World Trade Organization (WTO) in 2007 — we gained access to modern technologies and techniques for maintaining and repairing large-displacement motorbikes from brands like Honda, Kawasaki, and Yamaha — machines we had once only seen in magazines and on TV.
Today, we are proud that our humble beginnings have grown into a trusted destination for both local and international riders living in or traveling through Vietnam. Many now bring their beloved bikes to us for expert care, service, and advice — and we’re honored to be part of their journey.

Our garage at 162 Tran Quang Khai is located in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, just a 2-minute walk from the Flamingo Travel office — making super convenient for pick-up and drop-off motorbikes, quick repairs, or technical consultations when needed. Meanwhile, our main Garage center at 179 So Thuong, Hoang Mai is about 15 minutes from the city center. This is where most of our bikes are maintained and serviced. Here, you’ll receive specialized support from our highly skilled and experienced mechanics. What truly sets us apart: our mechanics can communicate in English — a rare advantage among motorbike service providers in Vietnam. All Flamingo Travel motorbikes are carefully and regularly maintained, ensuring that every ride is safe, smooth, and worry-free. So you can fully enjoy your motorbike adventure across Vietnam without stressing about technical issues along the way.
