Motorcycle rental with top rack, motorcycle lock, 3/4 open-face standard helmets, damage waiver (where applicable), bungee cords, basic toolkit and some necessary spart parts, 24/7 support hotline.

Insurance, damage waiver.

The renter must hold a valid motorcycle driving license appropriate to the rented motorcycle and comply with Vietnamese traffic regulations at all times.
Wearing a helmet while riding is mandatory.

Flamingo Travel ensures that all motorcycles are serviced and in good working condition before handover. Renters are encouraged to check the clutch, brakes, lights, tyres, chain, and suspension upon pick-up and report any concerns immediately.

• Only the registered renter is permitted to operate the motorcycle
• The renter is fully responsible for the motorcycle during the rental period
• Any damaged, broken, or lost parts must be repaired or replaced using OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts

In the event of an accident, flat tyre, burnt clutch, misuse, or rider-caused damage, the renter is responsible for all related costs, including repairs, labour, transport, and rental fees, until the motorcycle is returned in good working condition.

If a problem is caused by a mechanical fault not related to accidents or misuse, Flamingo Travel will cover the cost of repairs and replacement parts and provide assistance where possible.

If the renter is unable to continue or complete the trip for any reason, transport costs to return the motorcycle to the original pick-up location or an agreed drop-off point are the renter’s responsibility.

A helmet handover checklist with photos is completed at pick-up to document condition
Lost or damaged helmets must be paid for by the renter

Oil change every 1,500 km
Chain lubrication every two (2) days

When passing a Flamingo Travel location, renters are encouraged to stop by for an oil change (covered by Flamingo Travel) and a complimentary safety check.

A high-quality lock is provided to help prevent theft. In the event of theft, Flamingo Travel cannot take full responsibility for the loss. The renter is financially responsible for compensating the value of the motorcycle based on its model and condition at the time of rental.
A motorcycle handover checklist with photos is completed at pick-up to ensure transparency.

Motorcycles are provided with one (1) litre of fuel and must be returned with the same amount.
Fuel used during the rental period is the renter’s responsibility. Excess fuel is non-refundable.

Early returns are subject to a 30% charge for unused rental days
Rental extensions must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability
Additional days are charged at the standard daily rate

To confirm a reservation, a 20% deposit of the total rental cost (including add-ons) is paid online at the time of booking
The remaining 80% is paid upon arrival when picking up the motorcycle
Accepted payment methods: cash (VND / USD / EUR / GBP) or credit card (subject to a 5% bank processing fee)

Security Deposit: A security deposit is required before departure. One of the following options may be selected:

One original passport per rental (for one or multiple motorcycles), or

• Cash / PayPal deposit:
  • US$500 / €500 / £500 per motorcyle for bikes 110–155cc
  • US$1,000 / €1,000 / £1,000 per motorcyle for bikes above 155cc

The security deposit will be returned after the rental ends and the motorcycle has been checked for damage.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the pick-up date receive a full refund of the deposit in store credit

21–30 days: 50% refund of the deposit (store credit)

11–20 days: 20% refund of the deposit (store credit)

Within 10 days: The deposit is non-refundable

All store credits are valid for one (1) year from the date of issue. Any unused store credit will expire after this period and cannot be redeemed or refunded.
