Terms and conditions

Motorcycle rental and fuel, tour guide, accommodation while on tour, meals, motorcycle one-way transfer fee (where applicable), full-face helmets, motorcycle jacket and rain gear, entrance fee.

Visa to Vietnam, insurances, drinks, support vehicle, other personal expenses.

Note: Based on group size, we will provide the following support team and vehicles:

• 1–3 riders: 1 tour guide
• 4–5 riders: 1 tour guide + 1 mechanic
• 6–9 riders: 1 tour guide + 1 mechanic + 1 support vehicle
• 10–15 riders: 2 tour guides + 1 mechanic + 1 support vehicle

For smaller groups (1–5 riders), a support vehicle can be added upon request, especially if you're carrying extra luggage, traveling with pillion passengers, or may require backup due to health concerns.

The rider must hold a valid motorcycle driving license appropriate to drive and comply with Vietnamese traffic regulations at all times. Wearing a helmet while riding is mandatory.

Flamingo Travel ensures that all motorcycles are serviced and in good working condition before handover. Riders are encouraged to check the clutch, brakes, lights, tyres, chain, and suspension upon pick-up and report any concerns immediately.

1. Participation in the tour is at the rider’s own ris
   • Flamingo Travel is NOT responsible for any loss or damage to your personal property, regardless of how such damage may have been caused.
   • Rider must inform your tour guide of any problems with the motorcycle as soon as possible.
   • The cost to fix the motorcycle will be on your account if those problems are due to:
     • An accident.
     • Dropping the motorcycle resulting in broken parts or damage to the engine
     • Any problem caused by the misuse of the motorcycle; e.g. riding in the water, on the beach, overloading, etc.
2. Flamingo Travel is responsible for:
   • Reasonable wear and tear on the motorcycle caused by using the motorcycle in the way it was intended
   • Mechanical problems not resulting from accidents, incorrect use or unauthorized repairs of the motorcycle

Answering any questions you may have during your trip, to the best of our ability

In the event of theft of your motorcycle, Flamingo Travel will cover and replace it as soon as possible with a similar motorcycle and ensure that rider are able to continue traveling with the group.

If the rider is unable to continue or complete the trip for any reason, transport costs to return the motorcycle to the original pick-up location or an agreed drop-off point are the rider’s responsibility.

Any changes requested after the booking has been confirmed may be subject to a change fee. Such changes may include, but are not limited to adjustments to the route, accommodation, travel dates, etc.

Any changes made to the itinerary once the tour has commenced will be at the participant’s own expense. This includes, but is not limited to changing hotels, destinations, or adding/removing tour days.
Please note that unused accommodation or services during the tour are non-refundable.

• To confirm a reservation, a 20% deposit of the total tour cost (including add-ons) is paid online at the time of booking. This deposit is used to reserve motorcycles, guides, acccommodation, and operational resources in advance
• The remaining 80% is paid upon arrival when picking up the motorcycle
• Accepted payment methods: cash (VND / USD / EUR / GBP) or credit card (subject to a 5% bank processing fee)

• Cancellations made more than 44 days before the pick-up date receive a full refund of the deposit in store credit
• 31–44 days: 50% refund of the deposit (store credit)
• Within 30 days: The deposit is non-refundable

All store credits are valid for one (1) year from the date of issue. Any unused store credit will expire after this period and cannot be redeemed or refunded.
